What you can expect from Fantomas, what Free and a pass include, and how keys, withdrawal and refunds work.

What Fantomas does

Fantomas is a Chrome extension that helps you review and remove your own Instagram activity: unsend the messages you sent, and remove your likes, comments, reposts and story replies.

It works in your browser, with the Instagram session you opened, through Instagram's own pages and requests.
Likes, comments, reposts and story replies need Instagram set to English or French. Messages work in any language.
Fantomas is independent. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Instagram or Meta.
Use it only on Instagram profiles you own or are allowed to manage.

Free and passes

Fantomas needs no account. An anonymous identity is created for you the first time you use the extension; no name, email or password is asked.
Free gives 70 removals a week on 1 Instagram profile. The count starts again every Monday at 00:00 UTC.
Passes give access to every feature for a fixed number of days: 7, 14 or 30. They differ only by their duration and by the number of Instagram profiles they cover: the 7-day pass covers 1 Instagram profile, the 14-day pass up to 3 and the 30-day pass up to 5.
A pass has no total limit, but each Instagram profile can make up to 3,000 removals a day (UTC), all categories together. This limit helps protect your Instagram account: a very high number of removals in one day can look unusual to Instagram. You can set a lower limit in the extension.
A profile added to a pass stays on it for the rest of the pass. There is no limit on browsers, on Free or with a pass.
One removal is one item removed: an unsent message, or a like, comment, repost or story reply sent for removal. Scans, filters, reports, failures and items already gone do not count. A result Fantomas cannot confirm waits until it is checked.

Buying a pass

Passes are sold by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and the merchant of record for every order. Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, applies the taxes, issues your invoice and processes refunds. Its own terms also apply to your order. Fantomas never sees your card number.
Prices are in euros, all taxes included, as shown on the pricing page. You pay the price shown at checkout.
Launch offer. Passes are sold at launch prices, 50% below their regular prices: 7-day pass €19.99 (regular price €39.99); 14-day pass €29.99 (regular price €59.99); 30-day pass €49.99 (regular price €99.99). The launch offer has no set end date; the publisher decides when it ends, and the regular prices then apply.
A pass is paid once. It never renews automatically, and nothing is charged after it.
After payment, Lemon Squeezy emails you your order confirmation and a license key.

Your key and activation

Paste your license key in the extension to activate your pass. The key is your proof of purchase: keep it private, it is what activates your pass in a browser.
The days of a pass start at the first activation of its key, not at purchase, and run in a row. Adding a profile or a browser never restarts them.
Your key works in any of your browsers: a pass counts Instagram profiles, not browsers.
When the pass ends, Fantomas goes back to Free. Your reports and backups stay on your device.
Deleting your Fantomas data does not cancel your pass: your key activates it again. A key whose order is refunded stops working.

Withdrawal and refunds

Before activation, you can withdraw within 14 days of your purchase, without giving a reason, and get a full refund.
When you activate your key in the extension, you tick: “Start my pass now. Once my key is activated, I waive my 14-day right of withdrawal.” Your pass starts then, and the right of withdrawal ends.
After activation, a refund is possible if you were charged twice or without your permission, if your key never worked, or if Fantomas stopped working for you and was not fixed within 7 days of your report.
To ask, write to support@fantomas-app.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. We answer within 2 business days and decide within 5. Refunds go back to your original payment method, through Lemon Squeezy; after a withdrawal, within 14 days at the latest.
These commitments come on top of your rights as a consumer and never reduce them.

Instagram and its limits

Instagram can change its pages, slow down or limit an account at any time, and its own terms restrict automated access. Read the limits page before you start.
Fantomas keeps pauses between actions, stops when Instagram asks for a check and never bypasses a restriction.
Removing an item on Instagram does not remove copies held by others, such as screenshots or the recipients' own copies, or data Instagram keeps for its own reasons.
Removals are permanent. You confirm each operation before it starts. Backups are optional and stay on your device.

Fair use

No use on profiles you are not allowed to manage, no resale of the service or of license keys, no attempt to get around Free, passes, limits or security, and no use that breaks the law.

Liability

We build Fantomas with care, but we cannot guarantee that Instagram keeps its features unchanged. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms in force on the day you buy a pass apply to that pass. Your personal data is described on the privacy page.

Disputes

Write to support first. If we cannot agree, you can refer the dispute free of charge to the consumer mediator: to be completed before launch. French law applies, and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
